This was my first painting ever. During COVID lockdown I was looking for something new to do. My professional painter wife suggested I try painting. She handed me some old oil paints and three ratty brushes. I watched a couple of Youtubes of The Paint Coach then sat in the corner at a desk that was too short for me and painted on a piece of scrapwood. I listened to Taylor Swift's folklore album while I painted. It wasn't just my first time to paint, it was my first time to listen to Taylor Swift intentionally. Two years later she's still all I listen to when I paint. 
 
Anyway I painted these avocados and later my friend Laura bought them for $40 and it was the most exciting day of my life.
